INVOICES
All invoices are to be paid within 7 days of the bill date shown on invoice.
RENEWALS OF HOSTING
A. When 15 days elapses after bill date on the renewal invoice, it will be deemed that the client does not want continue (renew) the hosting of the virtual tour(s). All information will then be removed from the www.virtualtourscanada.com website. This will also disable all virtual tours on any other site that the client or company has linked to the hosted tour(s).
B. Should the client wish to renew the hosting of the virtual tour(s) after the 15 days has passed (from bill date of the original renewal invoice), there will be a $60 re-connection charge. The virtual tour(s) will be placed back on the www.virtualtourscanada.com website and any linked tours will begin working.
C. If the payment for the renewal has not been received after 90 days (from bill date of the original renewal invoice), all client information will be rmoved from virtualtourscanada.com file storage.
VIRTUAL TOURS OWNERSHIP
All virtual tours remain property of Westman Private Sales.
